    A poor boy named Animesh sold goods to pay for his education from door to door. Finding that he had only one dime left, he decided to halt his hunger by asking for a meal at the next house. However, he chickened out when a beautiful lady opened the door. The boy asks for a glass of water instead.

    Looking at Animesh's poor condition, the women greets him with a big glass of milk. The poor boy asked, "How much do I owe you?" "You don't owe me anything", she replied. " Mahatma Gandhi once said, "To give pleasure to a single heart by a single act is better than a thousand heads bowing in prayer."

    The young boy thanked her from his heart and left the house.

    After a few years, the lady became critically ill. The case bewildered all the local doctors. She was sent to the big city, where all the specialists were called in to study her rare disease. One of the panelists, Dr. Animesh rushed to her room immediately after hearing her name. A strange light filled his eyes. He recognised her at once.
    From that day, he did his best to save her life. The attention he gave to this case was noteworthy.

    In a nutshell, the battle was finally won. The lady was afraid to open the bill, as she was sure it would take her whole life to pay for it all. Finally she looked and a small note caught her eye on the bottom.
    The words said…. "Paid fully with one glass of milk" Dr. Animesh
    She was baffled with a burst of joy. Tearing up, she thanked the wise words of Mahatma Gandhi that not only changed her life but also improved a young little soul.
